I am sorry to hear about the issue with the App Store your game! How long have you been experiencing this issue?

Did you make sure that the game App and your device software are updated to the latest version?

Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to see if they help to resolve the glitch?

this has been happening at least a month. When I loose a game “keep playing?” And contacting App Store displays. Wheel keeps spinning and nothing ever happens. I have a iPhone 14plus phone

This issues is being investigated Here, In the meantime please try

Check Your Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Update the Game: Ensure you have the latest version of the game installed. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates.
Clear Cache: If you’re using an Android device, go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache. For iOS, you might need to offload the app in Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Candy Crush > Offload App, then reinstall it from the App Store.
Log Out and Log Back In: Try logging out of your King or Facebook account in the game, then log back in.
Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes fix connectivity issues.
