When encountering a cheating player, customer service ignores the response

Starting three months ago, a Julia player appeared in my competition list. She completed 10,000 levels every day and was unable to defeat such an opponent. I reported it to customer service, but they didn't want to deal with it. Do I have to give up the game? 🥲

Hello @sherryyyyyyyyyy What you have encountered is a more common occurrence than you might think. There have been numerous posts here in the community about players with impossible scores in the weekly race and there seems to never be anything King can do about this. There seem to be an errors in the way this event counts scores levels if players merge accounts, but there are also players who use cheats, of course there are given how infuriatingly difficult King have made this game for anyone in the higher levels. The obvious answer would be to remove the event altogether or replace it was something similar.

But no, you don't have to stop playing Candy Crush because of this. In fact to get the "3 weeks in a row" prize chest you only need to come second or third, so you should still be able to achieve that even if a glitch causes a player with an impossible score to come first. If this player comes back week after week then try Player Support again, make sure you contact them through the app so they know your player ID and include the screenshot. If all you get is automated or useless replies then reply to the emails, restating your case. They ought to really be able to remove a specific player from your event if they know your player ID.

 If our in-game cheater detection system detects suspect game play, they will investigate it further. If cheating has occurred the player will be suspended.
