Why is it that Candy Crush does not go to the correct Level, I am on 16,415 and not on in the Facebook app, the game starts back at the beginning.

If not, which device are you using? If you are not on Facebook, did you log into the game through King (email) account?

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
