You are saying that your level progress moved forward by 3000+ levels, right? Has it been moving up by one episode every time you play the first level of the episode?
Did you try to contact King Player Support and go back to your original progress?

With regards to the Episode Race - did you take a look at the progress bar? How does it move? Do you find yourself at the top position till the end of race OR as soon you start the race, your Avatar will be in the 5th position and all other players have already finished the race?
If you didn’t check this before, can you please play another episode and make sure to take couple of screenshots of your Episode Race?

Both these issues might be related or might not! Once you confirm the Episode Race glitch, let’s worry about the progress😊

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game than play level. If the correct levels still do not show up. Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account. You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
