Are you talking about the Ad videos? If so, did those stop appearing recently (in the last week)?
The Ads are a promotional feature which is in testing! All the features that are in testing will be sent only few groups of players at a time and for a certain period of time! Last week, the feature was shuffled, which caused the players who were receiving the Ads are not receiving those anymore!!
Please don't be despair! Since you have received the Ads once, there is a big chance that you will receive them again. It's only a matter of time!
Just make sure that you update the game App regularly, make sure there is at least 2GB free space on your device memory and you are active in the game. Hope you will receive the Ads soon!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
