Estou tentando logar mas não consigo acessar meu progresso

    You will have to contact King Player Support team as they will have resources to look into your game and help you with both issues.

    But first, you will have to ask them to help access your account. Once you get access to your account, you can ask to restore the progress.

    Please follow below steps to send complaint directly from your game⬇️

    • Open the game map on your mobile phone;
    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Now, click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • You will reach "Help Center" page;
    • Scroll down to "Technical & Connection Issues" and click on it;
    • Select 2nd option "What can i Do when I lose connection to the game" and click to open it;
    • In that next page, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" button;
    • Fill the form with all the needed details…
      At Topic —> select "Account Login Questions/Issues";
      At Subtopic —> Select "I have account login issues";
    • Explain the issue in the box given;
    • Submit your complaint.


    Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email with some troubleshooting steps. Please ignore that and send a reply through that email and explain the issue and provide any screenshots you have. An agent will be contacting you within 72 hours(max) to talk to you.

    Contacting Player Support team is a delayed process. Please be patient and don't give up. They are they only team that can help with the issue👍️

    I am sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing!

    Which device are you using? What is happening when you try to log-in?
    Do you see any error message? Can you show me a screenshot of that error message?

    Estou acessando com Smartfjone LG e simplesmente minha conta ficou inacessível. Como a conta é muito antiga, eu não me lembro se foi pela Conta King ou pelo Facebook. Tem como vcs acessarem meu progresso pelo meu email? Me ajudem por favor, pois são mais de 5 anos jogando e gastei muito dinheiro para passar de fases. Meu e-mail é: karlinhos202@msn.com

    Did you lose your game progress OR are you not able to log into the game as you do not remember the details?

    Ambas as coisas, eu esqueci dos detalhes da conta tais como: King ou Facebook e também a senha, é com isso automaticamente perdi meu tão suado progresso. Me ajude
