But first, you will have to ask them to help access your account. Once you get access to your account, you can ask to restore the progress.
Please follow below steps to send complaint directly from your game⬇️
Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email with some troubleshooting steps. Please ignore that and send a reply through that email and explain the issue and provide any screenshots you have. An agent will be contacting you within 72 hours(max) to talk to you.
Contacting Player Support team is a delayed process. Please be patient and don't give up. They are they only team that can help with the issue👍️

Estou acessando com Smartfjone LG e simplesmente minha conta ficou inacessível. Como a conta é muito antiga, eu não me lembro se foi pela Conta King ou pelo Facebook.
