Restore Level in New iPhone unsuccessfully please help

I have a game level restore problem! Please help me🙏 ( Picture 1 )

I back up my game level using Apple Account in my old iPhone. Then, prepare to update this in New iPhone but fail.

My game level starts at Level 1 even I login my Apple Account in Candy Crush.in New iPhone. ( Picture 2 )

I don’t know how to do updates to the latest level in new iPhone . Please help. Thank you🙏

Thank you for providing the screenshots, I was able to figure out the glitch you are experiencing!

If you notice your 2nd screenshot, you will see that both level 1 & 2 do not have stars on those!

Don't know how that happens and/or what causes this glitch! Because of that, you are being brought back to level # 1. So, all you need to do is to replay both level 1 & 2 and win them — please do not click on "Skip", and let the game take it's course until Tiffi/Yeti comes up with the winning score.

Now, you should not experience any issue to move back to your original level.
