My boosters disappeared without logging out of the game,any idea on how to restore and get them back

Actually, we do not lose our boosters and/or lives just by logging out of the game!! That should never happen!!
Either reinstalling the game on same device OR changing the device will be the reasons for missing boosters!!
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you recently install an "update" on your device or to the App?

Sorry to hear that, Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
