I won 10 levels, received the super color bomb. I did not lose a level, and I had the super color bomb for only 20 mi utes or so, before the app closed. When I opened it shortly after I lost the super color bomb. Why is that? Ugh!
Oh I lost my super charged color bombs too. Except on my game it told me that I had run out of moves and lost a life. There were plenty of moves to be made AND I had 17 moves left in this particular level. There was absolutely no way they let me finish this level. The game was real quick to take my super charged bombs from me. And now it isn’t giving the opportunity to gain them back. Believe I spent close to 300.00 this past weekend playing CC. I’m semi confined to bed bc of illness. Please fix our problem with the iced color bombs! We rather like the game. They wanted to know Exactly what happened and I explained as I have here but now they are asking again. Can my fellow players understand what I just explained?! Good luck,players!!

Can you please clarify about “how” you lost the booster? Did the game crash or did you close it just to take a break from playing?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
