Please follow below steps to send your complaint to King Player Support team⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email, which is the initial email. Please do send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue along with a screenshot of your game map screen.
An agent will be contacting you in 72 hours(max)! Even if they do not reply back to you, please don't worry about it as they cannot send a fix anyway! It's only the game Studio team that have to figure out why this glitch is troubling few players! But, by the time you receive a reply, I am sure that your game starts working again🤞
