Qualifying for Gold Bars

Question

The qualifying level of 16 consecutive passes is quite ridiculous; in my view you have to purchase your way through this, and in quite a big way.

Anyway more recently you seem to have introduced some reasonable levels, except that it seems fixed. I completed 6/7 consecutive successes this morning  and yet only 2 registered towards the 3. I don't understand how this works (or doesn't)?

It sounds like you are talking about Candy Royale event!  Are you on the “Elite” challenge?  In this challenge, the goal of levels to play will be doubled and so does the Gild Bars reward!!

If you do not like it, the only thing you can do is to ignore the Elite Challenge and wait for it to end!  But, please note that you might drop down the tiers because of this!!

With regards levels not being recorded - Since Monday, we are receiving complaints about this glitch with Weekly Race!  The Candy Studio is aware about the issue and they are looking into it.  If there any updates, I will get back to you!

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?

Hello @Terwyl there is an issue at the moment that results in completed levels not being recognised. It could be that this error is affecting your game as well.
