First of all, no worries about not able to speak in English. This Community has "translator" available for French and few other languages🌟
With regards to Ad videos, you used to have those but not anymore? If so, the groups to receive this special feature were shuffled recently! Because of that, players that used to receive Ads are not receiving them anymore OR they got a different feature!! It all depends on the test group we are in.
Please don't be upset! Make sure to update your game App regularly and you might be added to a different group🤞

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
