Didn’t receive 140 gold

Question

when I won the race the game bugged and the gold didn’t entered. Where can I complain?

Sometimes the rewards from the Episode Races can take a little detour before reaching your game account.

Here's what you can do:

* Make sure your game is connected to the internet. Sometimes, a quick connection check does the trick!
* If you've already tried closing and reopening the game, the next step is to reach out to our support team. You can contact them directly through the game's settings menu. Tap on the 'Settings' gear icon, then select 'Help Center' and 'Contact Us.'

When reaching out, it would be super helpful to include:

* Your game ID or the email address associated with your game account.
* The date and approximate time you finished the races.
* A mention that you were expecting your gold bars for finishing first in two Episode Races.

I am sorry to hear about the issue!  Did you experience this issue with Candy Royale reward?  If so, you will have to contact King Player Support Team.

** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
* Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm!  Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can.  A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
