Ads Not Appearing After In-Game Purchase

Dear Support Team,

I recently made an in-game purchase in Candy Crush Saga, and since then, no ads are appearing in the game. I have not disabled any ad services on my device, and I rely on ads for rewards and other in-game benefits.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide a way to enable ads again?

Hello @crnhlvc Sadly this is how the game works: Anyone who has ads in their game will lose those shortly after they spend any real money. It is a well established fact and we have been warning players about this here in the community for a long time.

It is tough and unfair, but you are unlikely to get your ads back any time soon. King expect you to keep spending more and more real money now.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
