That is awful for you @PagliucaBeatriz and I feel for you! I don't think there is much that you can do. People have reported similar experiences here: The game is so full of glitches and connection problems, it just is not to be trusted. I would suggest you never spend more than 10 gold bars or one party popper on passing any one level. Candy Royale is never worth spending so much gold and boosters on: The gold you would have won was less than you invested. It's a mind trick King play with us. If a level is impossible to pass we must give up and try again until the game helps us to pass.
