unless King can get you a new password to login to the former account… you will have to start from scratch. you have to know the email address of the former account… and King can take it from there.

You will need to contact Player Support for this. I think there may be a way to retrieve your game even if you forgot your password. However if you create a new login you do have a completely new account and you might not be able to then retrieve the old one. In fact, playing again from the beginning is a fun way to play, so I would recommend that. You will be given lots of gold bars to start with and if you don't spend any until level 205 then you could progress in the game very quickly if you use gold and boosters wisely to win every champions race. Play one episode per day and the game is fun and easy to win. However if you wish to try and recover the old game then try by going through settings (the small pink cogwheel top right of the map screen) then choose the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. I'm not sure if they will be able to recover an unknown account, but if you remember the email address then there might a chance that they can. If that is your old player ID you quoted above, then you should be fine, but if it's the new one that probably won't help. (I don't think Crazy Cat Lad is here any more, by the way)

I remember the old email but issue is yahoo has deleted it due to inactivity and no way to recover it.
