how do i make a back up in my iPhone, because i wanna uinstall the game but re-install it again.. but.. i don’t wanna loose the boosters

like they had their magic back before then, and now they removed this game just pisses me of tbh, sometimes it gets sweeter but most of the times it gets boring, and btw, it the gold that we win through events it’s the way how “king is controlling” our inventory of golds than guess what else u can win through an event, BOOSTERS, besides that u really think they’re not managing or thinking that with these gold that we’re winning we’re not gonna pay boosters, like come on, everything is controlled in the game, and mark my words somewhere IF U PURCHASE AN BOOSTER IT’S STICKING WITH U, WHY??

I guess one of the reasons is the number of user accounts in CCS compare to other match 3 games users. CCS used to have score ranking among your friends for each game level. I supposed they can't cope with those resource hungry features.
As for the boosters collected on the Facebook account, my guess is those boosters were saved in Facebook server instead of King. Gold bars are saved across all playing platforms but lives you received on Facebook are stored locally. Try clear the cache and the lives are gone on that device.
You seem quite angry @En9998 you asked a simple question and got a simple answer. I am in the Community because I contacted King Player Support many years ago and instead of them helping me I got directed to the Community, which I found very helpful and decided to stay in and try to help others. Hopefully you will stay in the Community and try to help others with your experiences as well. And yes like Christine I started playing the game in 2012 just after it came out so have seen many changes. The one change we haven't seen though is what happens if we uninstall our game. Anyway good luck with whatever you decide to do and it would be nice to hear from you again 🤗
They don't want that kind of talk. The old classic game was so different and much more fun to play but King have disowned it. The new Candy Crush bears no resemblance to it except the graphics and the name. King have taken over full control of the game: The boards are pre set the moment we open them, so often we know after a few moves if we will pass or fail. I think one of the main changes of the past year is that the game is now event based and that is how King control each player's game in a "bespoke" manner. Some of us get the good versions of events (like I get 50 gold bars for the champions race) and so can play faster and better than others who are perhaps blacklisted and only get 30 gold for the champions race. That is mostly players near the top of the map. (the 50 gold I get in my newer game at level 4100). What prize we get for Candy Royale is another way that King decide our gold balance. And of course who gets ads and who doesn't. It is all manipulated to a huge degree. King control our events, our game boards and how much gold we earn. What they cannot control is our balance of boosters, and that is only because our boosters are locally stored on our devices. In fact that helps us outwit them to some degree. They cannot see our booster balance. That is the only way we as players can still control our games, so personally I am quite glad that boosters are not stored on their servers. If they were, we would just be puppets with no control. The game plays us rather than us playing the game.
look i’m not saying that i hate candy crush, i don’t want to offend anyone, but don’t give them stupid reasons like this one about boosters, they do save ur boosters when u make an purchase, with real money and not the boosters u can win from different events, and it has nothing to do with data or whatever, they can simply back them up in facebook like they do with golden bars or lives, but also i wanna talk about how they’re really destroying the game with their events and when we post a discussion about bringing back the classic game, they act like we don’t even exist!!
No, one match three game is enough for me! In fact I am getting seriously bored with Candy Crush as well and my fingers couldn't handle more swiping than this. I get cramp if I do too much. I like to do other very different things as well (chess puzzles or word games for example and I play a lot of proper board games as well), so no other match three games for me. It's quite nice to chat real time for a change. Happens too seldom here in the community.
u really don’t know any other match3 games huh, like homescapes, gardenscapes, royal match, royal kingdoom, and guess what, u can simply save any booster, but when it comes to king, they save only purchased boosters they say, an just think for a moment they made it like that, MONEYYYYY
and than we have u and ur friend talking about, oh they can’t do it because it’s such a hard work, like it makes me destroy my iphone, making the 1st iphone fold ever

and btw, there’s a way to back up boosters, so last time i wiped all my data of my iphone i did an full back up, candy crush was backed up to icloud too, when i restored the backup after activating the iphone again, all the boosters were saved, but i don’t want to wipe all my iphone, i just want to back up candy crush saga! and then restore its back up when it’s re-installed since that’s the only way i think we can save boosters, and all of that thanks to KING AS ALWAYS FOR KEEPING THEIR EYES SHUT AND ACTING LIKE I AND ALL OTHERS HERE DON’T EXIST
??? I think you will find that both myself and Carol have been playing this game pretty much since it started. That is how we both got to the end of the map many moons ago. Also Candy Crush has been completely rewritten in the past two or three years, so it is no longer the same game it was back then. I don't know any other match three games, they are likely much simpler than Candy Crush Saga. Candy Crush used to itself be much simpler three or four years ago.

1st of i wasn’t being rude but i’m trying to show that here we don’t have “real players anymore” and by real players i mean old players, these players which played this game since the beginning.
as for the booster issue, since it is so hard for them to fix it tell me how do other match3 games do it?? or are they better than CCS??? huh?

And I will add @En9998 there are a lot of things we keep saying King should do, but unfortunately they don't take our feedback and requests into consideration, they just do what they want to do. So please don't uninstall your game if you want to keep your boosters. And if you have anymore questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help 😉
That is quite rude to say that Carol wasn't helpful. She was very helpful informing you of the facts and warning you not to uninstall the game. We are all players here just like yourself and all we can do is share our experiences!
Why do you want to uninstall and reinstall the game? There are few reasons if any I can think of that would necessitate this.
I do not think King can physically do what you are asking because the game is hugely data hungry already (which is probably why there are so many glitches all the time) The information stored on King's servers is humongous, and if all of our boosters got added to that it would be a mammoth task which would require a complete overhaul of the game. Essentially the game would have to connect to the server, update and reload each time we use any booster or gain a booster from any event (which is impossible mid level), and offline play would also then not be possible at all, as we can only play offline because our boosters are stored on our phones.

Hi @En9998 you can't do anything to save boosters if you are going to uninstall the game. Once you uninstall all boosters will be lost and you won't get them back again.
