Why aren't I getting any ads to earn boosters or gold bars or extra moves

Boosters are stored directly onto your phone and not at King's server, so when you change device the boosters do not transfer.

As for ads, if you make a purchase with real money then you lose ads from your game because King expect you to spend more money. King put players into different test groups and some of us get ads, some don't. We all have different features and events in our games and some of us have never had ads. From time to time King remove ads from some groups that get them normally, to test out if this will encourage you to spend real money. If you don't, chances are they will return at some point but there is no guarantee.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game than play level. If the correct gold bars still do not show up. Please email Player Support so they can look into on your account. You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
