I really liked being able to earn gold bars, but that features seems to be gone now.
Hi everybody,
We have some good news on the issue with Episode Race disappearing from your games and or not receiving your Gold Bars.
The team is working on getting it back as soon as possible and there is a fix that will be roll out to Android soon so please keep an eye out for any updates. Next week, we will release the fix to the other platforms.
This means that if you currently have game app version 1.290.0.1, you won't see Episode Race until you upgrade to version 1.290.1.2 which will be out next week to all platforms.
(If you are playing on Facebook, there is nothing you need to do, it will get updated in automatically next week).

We are aware that some of you might have not received your Gold Bars winnings from the Episode Race and this is currently being investigated.
We are also aware that some of you also have lost the Race and this is also being looked at.
Once I know more, I'll keep you all updated and appreciate your patience while we work on it🫡
@PummyRaj maybe since a few more people are just now missing the race y'all can fix mine when their's are fixed. At least they were getting it when I wasn't. I will not get my hopes up tho since I have been complaining for a while. Oh well maybe I can only hope as usual.

Thank you for feedback. features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

You are talking about the "Episode Race"!
We have received multiple complaints about this and I have seen some complaints in my Facebook groups as well!! Let me ask our Community In-charge and see if they know anything!

Along with all your complaints, I have seen few more complaints in past few hours! I am suspecting there is a glitch with the feature which cause the disappearance of Episode Race from Facebook browsers!!

Do you play the game only on Facebook browser OR do you have a secondary device - a mobile phone or the App version on Windows 10/11? A player with same issue has mentioned that they lost the race only on their Facebook game but, it is available on their mobile device.
Hence, I need you to check the game on your 2nd device (if you use one, that is)!

I just found that I have it on my mobile app, but not on the facebook app on the computer
i too have had the episode race disappear from my game and like the original poster, i like to earn the gold bars too!
I no longer have the episode race I won 2 races and did not receive my gold bars. Did you take it away I tried everything and I can't seem to get it back. Did you take it away I hope not I look forward to possibly wining gold bars. Where is it

Hi. Anybody know how to solve this problem? My new episode races. Are gone, I can continue playing, but there are no wins when I'm passing through a new level, and no flags either..it's been so for the last 4 days..... this sucks hard because I'm having a good streak to these days but there are no wins for me, no goldbars, nothing!
I feel like I'm being scammed because I also bought in their store right before this happened.
I feel candy crush owns me a lot of gold bars but if I know them correctly there is nothing they will compensate....
I have re installed the app, logged in and out, restartet the phone a bunch of times but nothing helps.
Hope someone have a suggestion to how to solve this.

Hi @ALX22 @Wendys555 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Many have posted about the same problem. King have been told and hopefully they are looking into it. Hopefully it will be sorted soon but we won't know how soon. If you read other posts in Discussions and Support you will see how many others have reported it. We are all players like yourselfs in the Community and come here to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games, so if you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help. Would also be nice if you stay in the Community and join in other discussions, it's always nice to hear how others are getting on. You may also be able to answer other players questions. Why are races gone now for two days
