I really liked being able to earn gold bars, but that features seems to be gone now.

We have some good news on the issue with Episode Race disappearing from your games and or not receiving your Gold Bars.
The team is working on getting it back as soon as possible and there is a fix that will be roll out to Android soon so please keep an eye out for any updates. Next week, we will release the fix to the other platforms.
This means that if you currently have game app versionĀ 1.290.0.1,Ā you won't see Episode Race until you upgrade to version 1.290.1.2 which will be out next week to all platforms.
(If you are playing on Facebook, there is nothing you need to do, it will get updated in automatically next week).

Same issue for me! I was one level away from winning 40 gold bars and it just disappeared. Really takes the motivation to play away.
You can add me to the long list of players that no longer have the episode race in the game. I don't play through Facebook so it seems to be spreading.

I don't have the episode race under events and have not received my bars after winning the last couple of races. Who do I contact?

Same here @QueenB Ever since the update yesterday. I won 3 or 4?? yesterday, won 1 today because there's no incentive to play now. So I only played 1 round, this is how I collect my gold to spend on goodies.

You are level 2 in this community, because it's not long since you joined us. The community level is not related to our games at all.
I won the episode race but no reward. I have begun a new episode and I dont have the episode race flag or progress. So frustrating. Help please @King_admin

Aha, so I'm not alone. I played Candy Royale today and wondered why I didn't have an episode race. I don't play on Facebook and it's disappeared on mobile devices and my laptop.
Also, I am on level 15502. Not sure why it says I am level 2.
Same. Episode race disappeared & no gold bars. I play using my phone Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
This is a known problem and has been reported. I strongly recommend you don't play any new levels until this has been fixed by King.

Yes, that is another problem. More than one month ago I logout from the CCS App installed from Microsoft Store but I cannot re-login with my Facebook account till today.

No faces for the other avatars but at least I now have it back. š
First log out of your King Account . Next, Clear all cache in Candy Crush App. Best, deep clean your phone of all cache. Then, Power off your phone. Wait 10 seconds. Turn on phone. Go to game. It should be better.
He wasn't using a phone. He was playing on a computer with the app installed from Microsoft Store. Anyway, it's now clear that the problem was on King's side.

As for the missing avatar pictures, this is also a know issue which we will sort out during the next update š
Apart from the avatar issue, the other problem is the missing names for some of my friends. Their names used to there but not anymore.
There were times I received a live or a request for live that came without avatar and name. Anywhere, I just accept the request without knowing who it's from.

Das Rennen ist seit eben wieder weg. Und das Spezial wo man Punkte bekommt wenn man beim 1. Versuch gewinnt auch. Da war ich auf Platz 1. Heute Vormittag ging noch alles.

Episode Race returned for a few days, but is missing again on November 4, 2024.
Thank you for report it . The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

Ich war auch mitten im Spezial wo man Punkte sammeln kann wenn man das Level beim 1. Versuch schafft. Ich war auf Platz 1 und jetzt ist auch das einfach weg.
Das Funktionen einfach mal verschwinden habe ich bis zum ersten verschwinden des Rennens letzte Woche noch nie erlebt. Letztes Mal konnten die Entwickler auch etwas machen, das sollten sie jetzt bitte auch, ansonsten werdet ihr viele Spieler die auf die Goldbarren angewiesen sind verlieren.
Wenn das Rennen nicht wieder kommt spiele ich kein Candy mehr.

I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
