Episode race lost but how???

I've won over 191 episode races. I won the last one. Upon going to start the next episode on the app on my android, it said streak ended and that I finished 3rd. What happened to my progress???? The most recent thing I did was delete cache on my laptop which is synced to my phone, but I had already won the episode!

    Please send your complaint directly from your Android device by following below steps⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
    • Look for Episode Race and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

    Thanks. I'll try that but I can't screenshot the issue any more as it has passed
