Hi @Anita19800815 others have reported the same problem and it was reported to King for them to investigate. Not sure how long it will take them to fix it but in the meantime try the following. Make sure you have a good Internet connection. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. See if it's back to normal next week. If not post again and we'll see if there is any further news 👍
@QueenB Is there any chance we can stop having the "OOps "delete foreign language posts PLEASE! I thought this had stopped but seems to have started again today. As you can see here @Carol-38 kindly answered the post and @Anita19800815 was so good to respond and translate her post! If we are to help and assist in this community then please note that the moment a header reads "Edited by CM: Oops…" then whoever has previously contributed to that thread will not recognise it as their post. So chances are Anita won't find her post, won't find Carols' reply and we will never hear from her again.
I also note that a post in perfect English has been affected, so maybe there is an error with the automated system.
So many things going wrong @christinewupp Not receiving any lives, gold not being given, can't connect to purchase, blank players, chocolate box freezing, no scroll down feature (just added that for fun) and Oops please repost in English. Think King need to be concentrating on putting things right instead of adding useless, unnecessary extra information like they have done on the Player Cards. The game and community would be a lot more fun and interesting if they just listened and acted on constant feedback and worked on the necessary things 🤕
