I have lost all progress in my levels. how do I get them back?

You are starting me back on level 5. I should be on one of the highrst levels since I have been playing this game for years. I play all 3 Candy Crush games & ALL my levels are gone on all 3 games. Please correct this!

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
