buongiorno ieri il gioco si è bloccato e ho perso la progressione a candy royale.
si può ripristinare?

No @stefipas your Candy Royale progress can't be restored.

Once you lose a level for whatever reason then you are kicked out of the Royale. It doesn't matter if the crash was caused by King they still won't restore your progress just like they will not restore your lost Candy Necklace progress.

If you had the proof that the crash was caused by King then in theory you could contact player support to ask for compensation. They would still not restore your progress but they might give you some boosters. Unfortunately King always blames the player when a game crashes regardless of the real fault, so you would require good evidence to receive compensation.
