A never ending loop due to new update of making a fish from square move

Hi Christine,
There are no Fish in this level for all of us!
But, Candy team introduced a new feature, where we can make a combo of 4 candies in to a square and create a fish. This feature is available in other 3 candy games and is being introduced into CCS too (you do not play other candy games. isn't it?).
Candies at the bottom 2 rows will form a square and hence, a fish will be created! That is where the bug is!! Since you and I are not included in this test, we are not seeing this bug in our game!

You are right! I am also suspecting that, the new Fish boosters are creating the Havoc!!
Looks like you are on an Android device. Can you please tell me which version of the App you have right now?

I think it is the "new fish booster" that is creating a havoc in your game!
I will report the level to our Community In-charge. It looks like you are using an Android device. Can you check which version of the App you have you have right now?

This needs to be reported as a glitch. There is no fish dispenser so fishes should not feature on this level at all @PummyRaj @QueenB

Where are those fishes coming from? I do not see a fish dispenser! This looks like a glitch that needs reporting @PummyRaj
Please change file extension to mp4
If you see the attachment, the four square move makes fishes. Due to those 4 square moves in red and yellow, the fishes are being formed infinite times and causes the game to start itslef since the default state is where yellow and red jellies are in square form. I hope this helps you understand the problem and you will.be able to solve it asap. Thanks
Hi. Thank you for your message. I did shut down the device and restarted it and yet the stage keeps going into a loop of forming candy fish and I uploaded a record of that please help me.
Hello @hira72 I have a different version of this level so I think you are part of a small test group. It would be really useful to see a screenshot of your level. I also answered another post about the same issue here:
Hello @Shamozaiman Unfortunately we were unable to see your images and it would really help to see a screenshot because when I open level 16340 in my game I do not have any fishes in this level, so yours must be different. I have also seen one other report about this level and fishes causing an indefinite loop. Please could you state which device you are playing and send us a screenshot of the opening board. For reference @PummyRaj I have this version with no fishes.
The version with the fishes must be a new test version gone wrong. I suggest affected players contact player support to get their level fixed.

When you are stuck with such glitch, all you can do is β> quit the level β close the App β restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes β reopen the App and try the level again.
This should usually take care of the glitch and level should work again. It if didnβt and the loop reappears, please let me know so that I can report the level to our Community In-charge.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
