Restoring my cluster bombs and other helps

I had to reinstall my app because I wasn't being credited for winning each round correctly for a while now. Upon signing in my helps weren't restored. I had plenty of helps and I would like them back as I paid money to play this game and won those helps with the money I paid. How do I get my helps restored?

Thank you for the feedback and sorry that happen to you .Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

Hello @gtownsend904 I am afraid that if you uninstall an app then all data from it is deleted. My phone usually gives me this warning when I try to uninstall any app.
Data for our boosters is stored on our device only, not in King's servers. Therefore we lose them all when we delete the app and they cannot be retrieved. Our game progress and gold bars total is stored on King's server along with out Player ID and so that can be retrieved when we download the app again but King have no record of what boosters we had stored on our phones.
Faults with the game are nearly always an error with the app at King's end and therefore cannot be fixed by us uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This drastic action is definitely not recommended. It will fix nothing and lose us all our boosters.
