my level is at 700 please adjust, asap, I’m using a iPhone12 now, don’t know how I can recover my old Gmail, need help

Thank you for the feedback, make sure you’ve got Candy Crush installed on your iPhone . You’ll need an active internet connection, . To sync your game, connect Candy Crush to the same Facebook account or Kingdom account on both devices. That’s it! Once you link your accounts, your game progress automatically updates across your devices whenever you play. if still not works.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.

Go into settings in the game on the new phone. Click on the "login with email" option when you get to this screen, NOT the top option as this will create a new account, but that option right at the bottom. Unless you have forgotten your password that should work? There is no need for the email used for mail etc to be identical to the email you use for your King account.
