why can't google play points be used anymore

Google play service is pointing its finger at Candy Crush and Candy Crush is pointing its finger at Google Play Services. Candy crush is now increasing gold bar purchases and reducing the ability to purchase gold bars through Google. Fairly certain Google owns Candy Crush. Bad enough we pay to play, but now players addiction to the game is being exploited by BOTH entities. SHAME ON GREEDY GOOGLE & CANDY CRUSH
