It is very upsetting and not fun at all
I was trying to defend a colleague. The comment that they were just "a player making an assumption" was suggesting that we players do not have much of value to contribute here. I was trying to point out that we do have valuable and well informed contributions to make even though we are not King officials. In fact BECAUSE we are not King officials for that matter. That was the meaning of my comment. But I grant you that my posts are often a bit long and confusing. I'll make some changes to edit. Thanks for the feedback.

Everyone else here, all those posts with no background colour, are players like yourself. Some of us have been here a long time and given a lot of useful advice to others, these are the players with the label "legendary" such as myself. Usually what we write here is based on years of reading posts in the community, so we don't just make assumptions!
Well it's confusing because there are many players who have been in the community a very long time, many longer than yourself who have given a lot of help and advice to others. They are not labled "legendary" but have spent years reading posts in the community and also don't make assumptions. So not sure why you are highlighting the label 'legendary'?

Thank you very much for the answer. I wonder if you are a formal representative of the game and a source of information or if you are a player making an assumption. Because if the answer is the second, then it doesn't make sense that the game designers intentionally added a feature that reduces its revenue...
Hello @Iris_Goldman losing your adverts isn't a bug, so there is nothing to fix.
Adverts aren't a permanent feature of the game and they can be removed by King at any time.
If you have had adverts but now don't you might get them back, but there is also a chance you might never get them back. This is just how King manages every feature of the game and therefore it is not a problem that can be fixed.
I once lost my adverts for seven months before I got them back.
Please note that if you have purchased a booster package using your own money then you will never get your adverts back. Once a player uses money to purchase something for their game, King removes all of their advert features.
