I'm still waiting as well. I'm now three episodes behind on my iPhone on the same account.

As I commented elsewhere, I am starting to wonder if King are deliberate in drawing this out because they want to test out how many of us at the top of the map will drop out if we are reduced to playing on one device only. Alternatively the reason it is taking so long is that with a reduced workforce and so many other glitches in the game (connection errors and black screens) King really have other priorities to sort out. Players at the top of the map are just not on their list of priorities.
