Hello, If I'm posting this in the wrong place, can someone please tell me who I should be talking to? So I was having issues loading the game on my surface and wrote in about it. Apparently it was fixed behind the scenes, but now I'm experiencing 4 issues. I'm in the 17,000 area so I certainly know what should be working. 1) Not getting the daily booster anymore, not the wheel but the other one. 2) I can't make double color bombs no matter how many levels I win. When I move to the next level, nothing carries over. 3) I lost my lives which i had approximately 70. Also no longer getting the Season Pass. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing various issues in your game!

    First of all, you are posting in the correct area! Depending on the issue(s) you are experiencing, we will be able to to guide you and suggest you to reach out to the Player Support team or we will escalate the issue to our Community In-charge team.

    You mentioned that you are playing on a Surface! I am not familiar with this device, so googled it and I saw that there are Surface Laptops and tablets! Can you please clarify which one are you using?

    Now, to the issues you have posted👇

    1) Not getting the daily booster anymore, not the wheel but the other one —> You are talking about the "Daily Treat Machine"!

    Sometimes, the feature doesn't come up until we play a level! So, next time, when you open the game, please replay an old level and "lose" it. Then, go back to the map screen and the Daily Treat Machine should pop-up!

    Please try and let me know if it worked or not!

    2) I can't make double color bombs no matter how many levels I win. When I move to the next level, nothing carries over —> I think you are talking about "Super Color bomb", right?

    If so, do you see a pop-up when you are about to play a new level? If you do not see that pop-up, then it means that the feature is not "active" in your game!

    It is the same in my game too! The Super Color Bomb briefly appeared few months ago, but there was a glitch with the feature and it was turned off! After that, I did not receive it yet!!

    Unless you clarify about the pop-up when you start a new level, I cannot determine it if is a glitch or not!!

    3) I lost my lives which i had approximately 70 —> Many players are experiencing this issue for some reason! All you can do is send a complaint to the King Player Support team and hope that they will look into the issue😶

    4) No longer getting the Season Pass —> I need the clarification from you about the device you are using to play the game!

    I have noticed that the Season Pass is not active anymore on my computer game! But, I do have it on my iPad!!

    Hello, thank you for getting back so quickly i appreciate that!

    My Surface is a Tablet and I have been playing on it over 3 years.

    1. I just tried your suggestion for the Daily Treat and that did not work unfortunately.
    2. No I'm not talking about the Super Color Bomb. What I'm saying is, before all these issues, lets say I win several levels in a row, i start each level with a Booster (it would show it at the bottom of the screen for example, it would carry over a Color Bomb. Then, when I would choose to use one of MY ColorBombs, oftentimes I would get the 2 Color Bombs next to each other in order to clear a huge part of the screen. No matter how many levels I win, no boosters carry over anymore.
    3. Can you please give me the address for the King Player Support Team regarding my lives?
    4. I was getting the Season pass on my Surface Tablet for over a year then when they fixed my issues about the game loading, all these problems started. So frustrating I don't even want to play anymore.

    Oh! You were talking about the "Win Streak" and the boosters we receive from the streak! I have seen some complaints from players that they are missing the Win streak from their game as well!!


    You should have the Season Pass in your game as you are playing on a mobile device! There was some glitch in the game and Season Pass for many players last week or before week! May be you are still experiencing this glitch!

    Can you please check your App Store / Google Play Store and see which version of the game App do you have right now? Let's see if there are any updates available and the game rectifies after you install the updates👍️


    For all the issues you are experiencing - (1) Missing Daily Treat Machine, (2) Missing Win-streak, and (3) missing lives, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team. Please follow below steps to contact them👇

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Popular Topics" and click on "How to Play";
    • Now, scroll down a bit (to the 2nd screen/22nd item) till you see "Where have my messages and lives from Facebook friends gone, and what can I do about it" and click on it;
    • After it opens, scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" button;
    • Click on it to open and fill the form with all the needed details;
    • Submit the Form.

    Once you send your complaint, you will receive an automated email from King Support team. Please don't delete that but, send a reply through that and provide as many details as you can about — losing all the saved lives (only)! A real agent should be contacting you within 72 hours! By any chance, if you haven't heard from anybody, please send another reply and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance.


    Once this issue is resolved/your question is answered, they will ask you if you need help with anything else! Then, inform them about the missing Daily Treat Machine as well as missing Win Streak.

    ** If the update did not resolve the issue of missing Season Pass, then, please mention about that as well along with the Win Streak.

    Finally, a heads-up! Contacting the Player Support team is a time consuming (and patience testing) process! Please do not give up until you hear back from an agent and get an answer. All you do is to keep sending a reminder email once in every 24/48 hours!

    I play on the computer through FB. I do not play on my phone because my boosters never transfer there. For the last 3 weeks the daily treat machine has been missing. The game also does not provide any bonuses when I advance to a new level. In the past, when I won a level I would get a color bomb and maybe some wrapped candy when I start the next level but that never happens anymore. I only get boosters if I use the ones I have. This has required to me spend more money on the game than I want to so I may need to stop playing all together. I have cleared all cache for my computer, I have logged in and out, I have played old levels and nothing is working. Will any of that come back or what is wrong with my game?

    I am sorry to hear that you are missing the Daily Treat Machine and the Win-Streak feature in your game!

    You are not alone with this issue(!?)! Actually, I am not sure if this is an issue or a change being brought (to Facebook browsers) by the Candy Studio😕 I have seen couple more complaints about both these issues!

    Do you have the Season Pass or are you missing that as well? One player I talked to yesterday is missing Season Pass also along with the other 2 features!!

    With regards to boosters not being transferred to your mobile game - that is how the King Saga games work! Boosters and lives are not transferrable, but game progress and Gold bars will!

    If removing the features on Facebook (browsers) is a change that the game team is bringing in, I would suggest you to start playing on the mobile device and slowly, you can build up the boosters! Also, if you are on mobile device, some lucky players will receive extra features like Ad videos for extra boosters, extra moves and another feature called "Sweet Cinema" or "Treasure Hunt" - which are a great source to achieve boosters!

    Thanks for the reply. No I do not have the season pass either. I hope they dont get rid of them permanently, otherwise I might not be able to play anymore.

    I prefer to play on my computer because its bigger and when I am at work on a break I try not to use my phone too much. But I guess I can consider the phone.

    I completely understand about the big screen!

    By any chance, does your computer has Windows 10/11 and with Microsoft Store installed? If you do, you can download the App version of the game and play. Then, you should get the features like Season Pass and Win Streak, but not the Ads and Sweet Cinema/Treasure Hunt!

    Depending on how many complaints we receive, I am planning to ask our Community In-charge on Monday to find out if this is just a glitch or a change!

    I'm sorry to bother you again, but when i go to the Map, click the gear, I don't have a question mark, I have 3 dots. When i click that it brings me to King Community but i don't see where popular topics are?

    No! It's not a bother at all!

    Thank you very much for the images/screenshots, because of which, I understood that you are playing the game on a browser but not the App version of the game! The steps I wrote above work with the App version.

    Playing the browser version might be the reason for the missing Treat Machine, Season Pass and Win-streak! I have seen couple more complaints and I have escalated this to our Community In-charge! We will have to till Tuesday to receive any information about this!

    Coming back to your game, you said you are playing on a Tablet, right? Do you not have the option to play the App version? Does the Surface has option to download the App version of the games through (a) Microsoft Store or (b) Google Play Store or ( C) the App Store?
