    Awww tysm about my tree :) So sweet of you!

    I've been playing the browser version for the 3 years that I've owned the tablet. I'm ok with waiting to see what they say on Tuesday :) I'd rather not switch unless i have to. This all happened when they fixed my issue about it not loading "behind the scenes". All 4 issues happened at once.

    Up until a month ago, game was playing fine. Had an 18 game win streak going and all the boosters that came with it. Also Daily Treat Machine was at 30 days and always the first thing that popped up when opening the game. It all disappeared one day. I reached out to Customer Support and they're completely useless. Was only given 3 emails full of useless links and no way to actually get some help. Opened the game up in a different browser and the Daily Treat Machine popped right up, ONCE…..haven't seen it since. Lost all my boosters that had accumulated, all of my win streak and can not get ANY HELP FROM KING!!! Been playing this game for 13 years and ready to delete it. Anyone have any idea? I play on my laptop with Windows 10.

    I am sorry to hear that you lost the features in your game! I have seen complaints from few other players about missing events in their games too!


    I need a clarification please!

    You said Laptop Windows 10! Are you playing on Facebook Browser or the App version downloaded through Microsoft Store?

    Thank you for the response. I am playing through the Facebook browser which is where I've been playing for 13 years. Occasional issues but always seemed to resolve themselves up until now.

    Yeah! Other players that have reported are also playing on Facebook browser.

    Good morning! IT'S FIXED!!!! :)

    I have my Daily Treat Machine back, win streak boosters and the Season Pass. I did not get back my 70 lives which would have been nice, but i just CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND FOLLOW-UP! Soooo much appreciated!

    We’ve noticed some of you are reporting missing events and features, such as the Daily Treat Machine, Season Pass and other events when playing Candy Crush Saga on the Facebook browser and wanted to support.

    Some events and features are not permanent and may rotate or be available to select players only during specific periods or devices.

    Certain features may work differently or be unavailable on the Facebook browser compared to other platforms, like the mobile app.

    But there are things that you can try to make sure all is working properly:

    1. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies: This can resolve loading issues and restore features. Check your browser settings for instructions on clearing cache and cookies.
    2. Try a Different Browser or Device: If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser or playing on the mobile app to see if the features reappear.

    Additional Notes:

    • Events and features can sometimes rotate or change without notice, so it’s possible that some may not be available at all times.

    If nothing has helped, I'm afraid there is not much that can be done in order to get access to events and features except to wait for future updates and see if there are any changes.
