Game graying out between tries and levels

Game is graying out between tries and levels. I have to keep logging in and out and it's still not working. I've also lost all lives and boosters. Anyone else having this issue?

Don't worry, we have identified a temporary workaround to help you get back to playing. Please try these steps:

1. Tap/click on the frozen, darkened screen five times. This will reveal a hidden "Close" button (X).
2. Tap/click the "Close" button to return to your game without needing to restart it.

This is a manual workaround so we will need some days to implement it in your game.
