Hi @gargi7 as kiara_wael said adverts are not a permanent feature in our games. It's King who decide who gets them and when. What Kiara didn't tell you is that many players have posted saying once they spent real money to buy something in the game their adverts got stopped. So hopefully if you haven't spent any real money your adverts may come back at some stage. If you have spent money there's no guarantee you will get them back. Good luck with your game and 🤞you get adverts back soon.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I've been playing this game since it first came out! Since I don't use boosters frequently, I had a large collection of them all when the game unexpectedly changed and I lost all of my boosters. Three times in all, this occurred. I've lost a tonne of boosters. What causes this to occur? How can I reclaim my unused boosters?
