Frozen level

My candy crush has been frozen on my phone for 4 days. I logged in on my iPad and it has me at level 1221. I was deep into the 9000s. I’m afraid to delete the app on my phone and lose all of my levels.

    If level not show up ,Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
