I have asked numerous times how to unfreeze my game. I get the same reply everytime to which I have replied that I have already tried these options. I can not play Candy crush and am getting zero help from King Community to correct the issue
Sorry but yes, you are right we could not help you. The community is not what it used to be. They used to respond when I tagged them in 2024, but 2025 is apparently different. The same goes for the game itself. If you want my honest opinion then you really aren't missing anything by not being able to play. This game has become just so boring.
Still haven't gtten an answer. So much for support from King Community. Guess Candy crush will be done for me since cant play anyway

Welcome to the community @Headnurd ! As this is your first post here you are being a little hasty to judge that we have given you zero help! Let me try to flag the helpful moderators and Community Manager for you to see if they can come up with any suggestions. Unfortunately, being a player myself who never experiences this type of problem, I cannot myself offer any advice. It will help others in the community if you could give us this information though: Which device do you play on and do you play via Facebook?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
