Level 283 is a level where you need to collect a certain number of candies and/or break a number of blockers.
You already know this, but good advice can never be said too much, so in that case, you can focus on mixing special candies, like striped+wrapped to make sure you can hit more than one blocker at once, and collect more candy too, making your life really easier!
