I have a gift card from Microsoft for extra Candy Crush bars but I cannot redeem them. I don't know my password to my Candy Crush account, I don't even remember making one. So how do I redeem my gift card
I am using a desktop or laptop computer with Windows 11. Most of the time I play the game using the Microsoft Candy Crush app, I rarely play on Facebook

Continue with Facebook is grayed out for some reason, even though I have Candy Crush on Facebook. It doesn't ask to create a log-in, it asks to enter my password, but I don't even remember making a password. My facebook password did not work

In general, we need to log into 👉https://store.king.com/👈 to redeem our gift cards.
You will have to create a log-in before to redeem the card. The account details do not have to match with your actual game account. Please try and see if it works to add the Gold bars to your game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
