Depending on the game, when you open the game app you either have 3 lines or a cogwheel you can tap on which gives you access to settings.

Once in settings, look for a❓, Help Center, or Customer Care option:

Next, select Exemple:"Purchases and Gold Bars" (remember, pick the topic that best describes your issue)!
