    Thank you for the feedback this issues has been reported. In the meantime  If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

    This is not ok, somebody must pay for this trouble. I m spending time, nerves, and even real money to complete these tasks. I need my rewards back, this is a real robbery!

    Please try the following out to make sure the game is working properly:

    Restart the game – Close and reopen the app.
    Play a level – This sometimes triggers missing rewards.
    Check your internet connection – A weak connection can cause rewards to disappear.
    Update your game – Make sure you're playing the latest version.

    If you've tried these steps and still haven’t received your rewards, I recommend reaching out to Player Support:

    • Open Candy Crush Saga
    • Go to Settings (gear icon)
    • Tap the ? icon and choose the topic of your issue
    • Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us
