been trying all day to get onto the next episode, but it won't- just stuck on page saying "you were 3rd. good job"

I have same problem. I play on my laptop via King account and tried logging out and back in, windows is upto date.
I'm frozen at this point. Tried everything, but CC won't load.

The community does automatically translate French @Ccallstars. There should be a green translate button at the top right of each post in these languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese. You can use this to automatically translate posts in these languages easily and quickly. All these languages are now allowed and should be encouraged, as it's a lot easier for players to express themselves in their own language.

I have a message saying "Episode Race, You were 2nd. Good Job" But I can not access the game after this and the screen of Episode Race does not go away.
Hi. I have a problem with my game and hope someone can help. I had just finished a race and a box came up saying ' Well done.You came 3rd' Then it froze and I haven't been able to continue with the game at all. How do I get rid of the box ? Many thanks.

I too, have been stuck on episode race..says congratulations, you were 3rd and then I can't do anything else. This has been three days of this!!

This collection thread has not been commented on by Admin nor has there been an addition here to state that a fix is on the way. Are King aware of this problem and is it going to be fixed with a new update any time soon?
the game keeps freezing and I have to restart and if I had just won a level it restarts it. So annoying
For more than 3 days now, I only get the 2nd prize in Episode race without any further step possible. No buttons, no possibility to play ANY of the levels. Please help.

This is a HUGE problem!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in the top 2% and cannot play due to this issue!!

We are still waiting for an update and a Fix. PLEASE INFORM PLAYERS WHAT IS GOING ON!!
If playing on Facebook on chrome, try opening facebook on say microsoft edge as I did, I then completed the level on there and the one on Chrome then altered too. :)

I contacted them and I followed the instructions, no joy. They also said to come here to ask if any players had a solution but it seems I'm not the only player having the same problem. Hope King can sort it out soon.

I play on my laptop on King.Com account and have had frozen screen for 5 days. My laptop and game accounts are up to date. Support sent me here to find answers and found more frozen accounts but no fix. After being frustrated for days, today, i cleared my Cache (not cookies), logged out of king account, waited few minutes and logged back in (holding my breath) and found myself lucky and able to play again. I really dont know how, what and when but mine is working. Hope you can find your fix.
Was stuck on level 5301 now i am playing to 5310 (unfrozen) Fingers crossed.
I have the same level 10282 for 5 days.
I am also playing on my laptop while also being logged into King.com and have also messaged directly to the 'Contact Us' via email. I have gotten 4 emails back telling me someone is working on it. This is going on now 7 days. I have done everything possible from my end to fix it, I tried what you suggested and it did not work for me. It is not an Us problem, they should at least give an update. . It is highly aggravating having been a player over a decade and money spent.
