I had an issue the with connecting my account from my Samsung phone to my IPad. On my phone I was not able to make an account because of the “internet connection error”. I looked through the support and saw that it was recommended by the help chat to uninstall the game and then install it. The comment said, game progress would not be lost. But the progress was all lost because I didn’t have an account I was at level 155, can King upload my progress to my account that I have just made?
