When is the problem with boosters and free life going to be sorted out??

Hello @Ge11ybeanz Which problem do you mean?
If you mean that your ads have gone then this is normal. Ads are not permanent. Any player who spends money on the game will lose ads for free boosters and moves within days after that. If you spend no money you might still see this feature removed if King change your game from one test group to another. This is normal and part of how the game works and there is nothing players can do about it.

Hi Ge11ybeanz, if by 'boosters and free life' you are referring to the Sweet Revival (Tiffi in a fishing boat) feature being missing from your game then please note that this might not necessarily be a problem.
The Sweet Revival feature is a relatively new feature in the game, so it could be that King has decided to either remove it from the game, or move the feature to another group of players for testing.
Unfortunately due to King's apparent lack of concentration when coding changes to the game the removal of the Sweet Revival could also just be a mistake.
All any one can do when a feature is removed is wait and hope to see if it reappears.
To put it another way the 'problem' might never be sorted it out because it isn't a problem, but just part of how King manages game feature, or the problem will be fixed when King can figure out what they did wrong.
