Adverts features aren't a permanent part of the game MineshH, which means that they can be removed from your game at any time. Their removal can be permanent, or temporary but we can never know which condition has occurred. Once you have lost your adverts all you can do is wait and hope they return. I once lost my adverts for seven months before they reappeared.

If you have purchased something for your game then you will never see adverts in your game for at least a year, if ever.

If you are asking why you have never had adverts in your game then it is a similar answer. Adverts aren't a permanent feature and King do not deliver every feature of the game to every player at the same time. Not having a feature doesn't mean you will never get that feature it just means it isn't your turn yet and you will have to wait. Waiting doesn't mean you will ever get the feature though.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
