I am upset, was in Candy Royal more than half there when game ended because of some sort of fail!

no option to shuffle just knocked me out and when retry passed with lots of extra try’s available. You need to fix this! This has happened to me a few times!

Hi @DP56 This reshuffling and being thrown out of a level happens when our win streak and starting boosters take the places of other candies, and so prevent the few possible first moves on a level. This is an error which does need to be reported and fixed!

I agree that reporting it to Player Support will not help you personally since these levels will always be possible to pass on subsequent attempts. But they need fixing for the next players that come along, so reporting such levels is the kind thing to do. If no one reports these levels King won't know they will need fixing and all who come after you will fall into the same trap. There is an easy way to fix these levels and many have been fixed by locking starting boosters or a delayed drop. If you really don't want to report to Player Support please at least tell us here which level it is so we can alert the community manager.
