If you've lost your progress, don't worry, there are ways to recover it. Try these steps:

Check if you're logged into the correct account

If you previously saved your game with a King or Facebook account, make sure you’re logged in under the same credentials.
Go to Settings (gear icon) and see if there’s an option to log in.

Contact Player Support if progress is still missing

Open the game and go to Settings > Help Center (?) > Game Progress.
Select "Lost Progress", then follow the steps.
If needed, tap "Contact Us" that you will find at the bottom of the article.
