im sad, as the title says i lost all because the dino was stuck on a place he could not give credit to finish the level. I spent boosters for nothing…
Hello @aona I have not noted this level to do this before so I do think there is an error here which has occurred. Please contact Player Support about this. It is best done via the app. Use settings (the small pink cogwheel near the top of the map screen) then choose the ? icon and scroll through the option until you get "contact us" at the bottom. State your issue and you will get an automated email. If you don't hear from anyone else after the weekend reply to the automated email and send them your screenshot please. You should get some compensation and this will encourage King to look into the level, which may have a fault.
I do not understand how the dragon could possible end up down there. Do you remember which was your first move when you played this level? A colour bomb + fish combo maybe? I cannot figure out how this happened.

I come with a little update, customer service answered and gave me 1 hour of unlimited lives, 3 color bombs 2 lolipops and 10 gold bars. That doesn't make up for what i loss but it's better than nothing I guess ^^

@christinewupp Thank you! I will report the issue. This is the first time something like that happened after 600+ levels I have currently done, so it's a very rare issue that might be easily resolved hopefully. What makes me sad is that I was 18/21 on candy crush royale and the next levels were very easy to do, so I miss out on 80-90 gold bars, so I was a bit upset, besides that all good I managed to do the level the next try and the dinogummies were able to go through the arrows on the side with no issue at all, it probably bugued when I used so many boosters the dino was sliding off inside the main board instead of going instantly on the arrows (where they spawn and are locked to place)
Also I had put the wrong e-mail adress when I created my King account here, but I fixed it and put the right e-mail adress bound to my facebook that is linked to my Candy crush saga (I was not sure how it was working) ^^
