    Level 1

Some improvements are great, but others still need work.(Please, leave a comment...)

fish are great but they won’t target the blocks. When you only have one. Lock in far off location the fish will target other striped or wrapped but not the actual block

In Level 7974 the fishes are not at all intelligent: They target the magic mixers once enough of the board is cleared.

The mixers are protected from wrapped and striped candies by the cane fences, because they produce the liquorice needed to pass this level. I got this far:

The next two fish will remove the last mixer.

So now I am left to pay to play on to test out how many moves it takes to pass without the help of the mixers. Those liqurice droppers are very slow.

As you can see if the fish destroy the mixers I need another 16 extra moves here. So these fishes are only intelligent in as much that they make money for King from players determined to keep their win streak.

Oh! The fish are very intelligent 🤣

Because it doesn't want you passing this level at this moment due to the crap prizes from Delivery Express, no 20 mins of party poppers.

Or they want you collecting more purple stars🤣

Offhand did they happen to remove turns from that board? They took 1-4 turns away from a lot of stuff recently.

No, not this one. It's 25 moves, the same as a video posted a year ago.

    Level 2

Not a fan – I preferred how it worked before.

I haven’t noticed any difference in the fish being smarter. Sometimes they hit the correct blocker/space sometimes not. I would prefer them back to the way they were where one fish split into three and hit three spaces at once. If you swapped the fish with a striped or wrapped candy they would explode accordingly in 3 places. That was much more helpful. It seems all the recent updates just make the game harder and fewer less helpful boosters/rewards so people will spend more money.

I love all of them – the Fish is finally pulling its weight!

it was much needed booster , many times I lost levels for just one jelly remaining .
I think finely the candy crush creative team is listening to old players ,

I never buy boosters or spend money , so people like me who totally relay on game boosters this was much needed stuff ,

Thanks again for listing to us , 💕

    Happy days

The fish still hate the frog though. Not only do they take over the frog's job when they finish the level for players who don't know how to use the frog (and subsequently never learn how to move it) but if the last jelly is on the frog's square they won't clear it:

    IMG_8120.png

The last move matching the orange fish and candies made the fish go awol and the game told me to buy extra moves:

So I had to move the frog out of the square first before any fish would touch that last jelly. Such a cruel fate for poor Samantha, after all the original level design is asking for the frog to be moved into this square. Serves me right for trying to play the level as originally intended.

Thanks so much for sharing this Christine, your detailed explanation and screenshots are incredibly helpful.

I've passed this on to the developers, highlighting how it affects both gameplay and learning for players who are still getting used to using the frog.

Really appreciate your sharp eye and continued feedback 🤗
