I collected all the pins but did not get the rewards

Dear Candy crush community,

I have finished all the sets, but I did not get my rewards and the gold bars. I played really hard to get those, but when it comes to collect rewards the app says connection lost and i did not get it.

Please check and fix this problem so i can collect my rewards. Thank you so much!

To help us investigate further, please reach out to our Player Support team directly through the game. You can do this by:

Opening the game
Tapping the gear icon (Settings)
Tapping the question ❓️mark icon or Help Center
Selecting a topic related to purchases or rewards, then scrolling down to tap “Contact Us”From there, share as much detail as you can.

The Support team will be able to check your account and escalate this issue if needed.
